At Swallow Hill’s summer camps, your child’s musical adventure goes beyond notes and rhythms. With expert guidance, our camps become a dynamic space for skill-building, creativity, and friendship. Kids will discover the joy of making music in an environment that encourages growth, self-expression, and the development of a lifelong love for the art.

Explore! Music Camps
For ages 6-10
After care add-on options are available from 3-5pm!

Gear up for a musical adventure at Explore! Music Camps. Kids will enjoy playing various instruments and exploring exciting music styles with a new theme each week. Beyond the fun, the magic of music enhances focus and boosts confidence. Under expert guidance, your little ones will delight in creating music, dancing, and moving. Moreover, each day includes themed crafts and outdoor play, ensuring a well-rounded and joyful experience for every camper. All skill levels welcome!

House of Rock Camps
For ages 11-15 or 14-18 (varies by camp)

Got a tween or teen ready to rock the stage? At House of Rock they’ll dive into the world of music, gaining the hands-on skills to jam with other musicians, all guided by expert instructors. Each camp wraps up with an epic stage performance featuring a sound system and lights. And if your teen is up for the ultimate music adventure, our Songwriting and Recording week lets them write and record their very own original album. Get ready to unleash the rockstar within – all skill levels welcome!

More About Swallow Hill
Swallow Hill is a 45-year-old local nonprofit organization dedicated to building community through music performance, education, and outreach. We’re the country’s second largest acoustic music school. Our teachers are all professional musicians and teach in an experiential style. In addition, we produce more than 100 concerts a year at Swallow Hill and our partner organizations: Denver Botanic Gardens, Four Mile Historic Park, the Butterfly Pavilion, and the Clyfford Still Museum.
