Summer camps at TACT (Teaching the Autism Community Trades) offer introductory lessons in a variety of trades and formats, allowing clients to gain exposure to all different types of trades. While learning trade skills, clients are also working on motor planning, socialization, executive functioning, problem-solving, and more- it’s about so much more than the trade skills themselves. Join us for experiences in carpentry, auto mechanics, makerspace, technology and STEM, instrument building, electronics and EV conversion, welding, robotics, 3D printing and modeling, metal art fabrication and furniture making, media production, fiber arts and rocket building!
