Welcome to a world of aerospace adventure! At Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Summer Camp, your camper will be immersed in a week-long aerospace experience. Our in-person camps cover STEAM-related subjects for elementary and middle schoolers. Take a trip to Mars, fly drones, learn about deep space travel and a whole lot more! Camps are offered weekly from June 5th to August 11th at both Wings Over the Rockies locations. View all camps here.
Featured Activities:
Rockets and Drones:
Start the summer off with a blast! In Rockets and Drones, campers learn about programming and building rockets and drones. Campers will use the engineering design process to build and launch rockets and fly small drones in a safe and responsible way.
Aspiring Aviators:
Plot a course for aviation adventure with pilots and aviation industry professionals. Learn how to preflight an actual airplane, marshall aircraft, plot a cross-country flight, use flight simulators, and more!
Skyward: Blue Sky:
Look toward the sky… the blue sky. Learn how airplanes, helicopters, and experimental aircraft fly and talk to pilots who fly them! Aviation-related projects and flight simulators make this camp something special for young aviators.
